This alfredo sauce from scratch is a great staple that can go with many different recipes. It is so simple to make and so delicious!

We took the traditional route and made ours into chicken, broccoli, alfredo with pasta and it didn’t disappoint! Another way I want to try this alfredo sauce from scratch is use it as a white sauce on pizza with some cut up veggies on top. How delicious does that sound?!

In our house, we always have a huge block of extra sharp cheddar cheese and use it in all of our recipes. We prefer the strong flavor over a lot of other cheeses and I think it is what made the flavor so amazing in this recipe.
A way to get your kiddos to eat their veggies is add a few tablespoons of this alfredo sauce over the top of them. I promise they will love the cheese flavor and won’t complain about eating their veggies anymore!

Ingredients You Will Need
- 1/2 cup grass fed butter
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups extra sharp cheddar cheese (from block)
- 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Steps For How To Make Alfredo Sauce From Scratch
Step 1
On medium -low heat, melt together butter, heavy whipping cream, & milk in a wide bottom pan.

Step 2
Whisk in garlic powder, italian seasoning, salt, & pepper.

Step 3
Add grated cheese & continuously whisk until you get a consistency you like. Enjoy!
