This easy granola recipe from scratch is my all time favorite breakfast. You can eat it anytime of the day or have it for a quick snack. It is a great way to get protein and a sweet & salty treat. You can also switch out the cashews for different nuts or add dried fruit.

Tips On The Ingredients
Make sure you are using old fashioned oats, not the quick oats. In my recipe, the cashews I used were already roasted. If you only have raw unroasted cashews I suggest roasting them first and then adding them to the granola after it’s baked. They will come out more consistent if you roast them in an even layer on their own cookie sheet.
