Berries are in season in NH and we just visited a farm right down the road for pick your own fruits. If you have the opportunity to pick your own fruits, I highly suggest it. It was so fun, the kids loved it, and the strawberries were so fresh and juicy. This homemade strawberry & blueberry crisp recipe is so delicious and easy to make, and I hope you enjoy it!

For this recipe I used up the rest of the strawberries we had and needed a tad more so I threw in some frozen blueberries. You can use any berries you would like for this recipe or even mix and match. No matter what fruits you use, I promise it will be amazing.

Ingredients For Homemade Strawberry & Blueberry Crisp Recipe
- 3 cups cut up strawberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Materials You Will Need
Steps For How To Make Homemade Strawberry & Blueberry Crisp
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9×13 glass baking dish & set aside.
Step 2
Wash & cut up 4 cups of berries and add to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle on 1/4 cup granulated sugar, 3 tbsp all purpose flour. Stir until well incorporated. Add to 9×13 baking dish.

Step 3
Using the same mixing bowl add 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats, 1 cup all purpose flour, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 tsp pure vanilla extract. Mix until ingredients are incorporated and create a crumble mixture. Sprinkle evenly on top of berry mixture. Bake for 35 min at 350 degrees. Serve with vanilla ice cream or yogurt if you want to be a little healthier & enjoy!
