This is one of my all time favorite things to snack on so I’m going to show you how to make the ultimate charcuterie & cheese board. You can never go wrong with meats & cheese! It gives you a variety of flavors and textures and is always a hit for get togethers.

The thing that makes charcuterie & cheese boards so great is there is such a big variety of items you can put on your board. I like to do at least three different cheeses with different textures and flavors, and around the same number of meats. I always add fresh fruits & some rosemary to give it some color and texture. Adding a variety of crackers also allows for different flavor pairing. You can add jams, honey, veggies, nuts, & olives as well.

My favorite store to get my ingredients for the ultimate charcuterie & cheese board is Trader Joe’s. Their meat, cheese, & cracker selection is on point and reasonably priced. Their fig & olive crackers paired with their honey goat cheese is to die for!

Once you have all of your ingredients ready to go, start by placing any containers or bowls on your board first. Then you can move on the the cheese’s, meats, & crackers. I like to evenly spread everything out and also fold/ roll up the meats to make them look more appealing. You can fill in the rest of the areas with your fruits, rosemary, and any other ingredients that you would like to add.
The thing that makes charcuterie & cheese board so beautiful to look at is the balance of them and the variety of colors & textures. They are so great for get togethers because there are so many different options to snack on that it’s ok if not everybody likes every item on the board. It’s fun trying out the different combinations that you can come up with flavor & texture wise.
